If NOW Finance has no records of the dealer, you must provide confirmation of the dealer's banking details using one of the following:
- A deposit slip
- A bank statement (only the top portion confirming name and account details is required)
Important:
- If a dealer changes their bank details, the broker must obtain an updated dealer invoice along with a deposit slip or bank statement.
- The broker must call the dealer to verbally confirm the request to avoid cyber/fraud attacks.
Email the documents to settlements@nowfinance.com.au.
If the banking details don’t match the contract:
- The settlement will be rejected.
