- Email the settlements team at settlements@nowfinance.com.au to request that we send an alternate ID verification link to the customer.
- If Alternate Link Fails:
- If the alternate link does not work, you will need to use one of the manual ID verification options:
CIP Form:
- Brokers can verify the customer’s ID using the CIP form: CIP Form.
ID Declaration:
- The customer’s ID can also be verified by one of the following individuals by completing the ID declaration form: ID Declaration Form:
- Registered Justice of the Peace
- Commissioner of Declarations
- Pharmacist
- Police Officer
- Postal Officer
- Judge
- Legal Practitioner
- Magistrate
- Sheriff or Sheriff’s Officer
- Dentist
- Medical Practitioners (Doctors)
- Optometrists
- Veterinary Surgeons
- Migration Agents registered under Division 3 of Part 3 of the Migration Act 1958
- Accountants who are members of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, CPA Australia, or the Institute of Public Accountants.
