This article outlines how to upload documents to a loan application
- Click the Documents tab near the top of the screen.
- On the Upload Documents screen, select the type of document you wish to upload — such as Payslips or Other Documents — and click the Upload button.
For Bank Statements, choose one of the available methods to provide the statements — either Send Link, Enter the Illion code or Upload PDFs (you can also drag and drop files to upload them). Only one method is required.
Once all required documents are uploaded, click Submit Application to proceed.
Important: Ensure the document title is a clear and accurate description (e.g. bank statements should be saved as "bank statements") and redact any tax file numbers.
