Uploading additional documents

This article outlines how to upload documents to a loan application

  1. Click the Documents tab near the top of the screen.

  2. Select or drag and drop the documents you would like to submit for review. Once successfully uploaded, the document will appear under the Document File heading. Click the Upload button to add additional documents.

  3. When all documents are uploaded and ready for submission, click the Submit Documents for Review. Our credit team will review the documents and respond via email.

Important: Ensure the document title is a clear and accurate description (e.g. bank statements should be saved as "bank statements") and redact any tax file numbers.
