Troubleshooting system access issues

This article covers common issues with accessing NOW Finance systems and tools, and updating user access credentials.

Finding your username

Your username was sent to you along with your accreditation details.
Search your emails for your accreditation details, which were emailed to you by accreditations@nowfinance.com.au.


Resetting your password

  1. On the Application Portal login screen, click Forgot password. Enter your email address and click Submit.

  2. Check your email for a password reset email from NOW Finance.
    Click the link in the email to start the password reset process.
  3. Enter your new password and click Confirm. Your new password is saved.
