Re-Amortisation process

If the customer has made a lump sum payment onto their loan, the Broker or customer can email Customer Service customerservice@nowfinance.com.au requesting that we re-amortise their loan to reduce the loan repayments. If the Broker emails customer service, the Broker must cc the customer.  

 

Once the account has been restructured the customer service team will email the customer outlining the change and their new repayment amount.
