Bank Statement Requirement: NOW Finance requires a bank statement confirming the applicant(s) account name, BSB, and account number for direct debits. Please upload the statements to the application.
If the bank details don’t match the contracts, the settlements team will ask if you want us to reject the application at settlement. This allows you to update the bank details and get the contracts resigned.
Option 1: New Bank Statement
Email a new bank statement that matches the contracts to settlements@nowfinance.com.au and we will complete the settlement.
Option 2: Update bank details on the contracts
Respond to the settlements team email and ask them to reject the settlement, then follow these steps:
- Click on the application number and go to the “Contract settlement” page.
- Click “Edit Settlement details” at the bottom of the page.
- Update the customer direct debit details.
- Regenerate the contracts for the customer to sign.
- Once the contracts are signed, submit the application back for settlement.
