Proof of banking for direct debit

Bank Statement Requirement: NOW Finance requires a bank statement confirming the applicant(s) account name, BSB, and account number for direct debits. Please email this to settlements@nowfinance.com.au

If the bank details don’t match the contracts, the settlements team will ask if you want us to reject the application at settlement. This allows you to update the bank details and get the contracts resigned. 

Option 1: New Direct Debit Form 
- Download a new direct debit form for the customer to sign: Change of Direct Debit Request Form
- Email the completed form to settlements@nowfinance.com.au

Option 2: New Bank Statement 
Email a new bank statement that matches the contracts to settlements@nowfinance.com.au

 

If you choose to reject the application at settlement, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on the application number and go to the “Contract settlement” page. 
  1. Click “Edit Settlement details” at the bottom of the page. 
  1. Update the customer direct debit details. 
  1. Regenerate the contracts for the customer to sign. 
  1. Once the contracts are signed, submit the application back for settlement.
