What happens if the payslip is older than 30 days?
Prior to submitting the application for settlement, you can upload a new payslip and submit the application for review so that the credit team can verify the payslip.
If the application is already at the settlement stage, you can email the updated payslip to the credit and settlements team via these email addresses: autocredit@nowfinance.com.au and settlements@nowfinance.com.au
Once the new payslip has been verified, the application will proceed to settlement.
