Insurance policy

NOW Finance does not require the actual insurance policy documents for Auto loans. We only need the policy number and the name of the insurance provider. 

  • If the insurance policy number and/or insurance provider details were not provided when generating the loan contracts, email the policy number and the name of the insurance provider to settlements@nowfinance.com.au. 

 

For secured Personal Loans the Certificate Of Currency (COC) is required and NOW Finance Group Pty Ltd must be listed as the financier. 

If the customer is listed as a driver on the policy: 

  • That is acceptable. 

If the customer is not listed as the policy holder or a driver: 

  • The insurance documents need to be updated to include the customer as either a driver or the policy holder.
