Document ID Expires After 7 Days:
- If the Document ID is old, it may have expired. Request updated bank statements from the customer by clicking the “Request Bank Statement” link in the application or obtain an updated Illion bank statement Document ID.
- If you get an updated Document ID, type the new Document ID into the Illion ID section of the application and resubmit the application to credit.
Don’t Copy and Paste: If you originally copied and pasted the Document ID into the application, try entering it again manually. Copying and pasting the Document ID may result in copying blank fields.
Ensure the correct ID is used: Verify that you are using the Document ID, which is 9 digits, and not the broker code, which is 8 digits.
Bank Statement Requirements:
- NOW Finance requires the customer's bank statements that reflect their salary credits and their transactional account (showing everyday living expenditures).
- Only provide the bank statements necessary for credit assessment.
