Customer ID hasn’t been certified

There are 3 options, but you only need to choose one: 

  1. Digital ID verification 
    - Customer to refer to the SMS sent to the mobile number noted in the application and complete the ID process.   
  1. Face to Face Sign-up 
    - Complete the Customer Identification Procedure form https://nowfinance.com.au/cip-form/  
    - Supply clear copies of ID (as per application).  
  • Email to settlements@nowfinance.com.au 
  1. Non-Face to Face Sign-up  
    - Complete ID Declaration Form https://nowfinance.com.au/id-declaration/  
    - Provide clear copies of matching certified ID as per application 
    - Ensure both form and ID are signed, stamped, and dated by the same certifying officer. - Email the form and ID copies to settlements@nowfinance.com.au
