Customer ID hasn’t been certified

There are 2 options, but you only need to choose one: 

1. Digital ID verification 
- Customer to refer to the SMS sent to the mobile number noted in the application and complete the ID process.  

 

2. Certified ID
- Complete ID Declaration Form https://nowfinance.com.au/id-declaration/  
- Provide clear copies of matching certified ID as per application 
- Ensure both form and a copy of the ID are signed, stamped, and dated by the same certifying officer.

Please note If the customer only has a digital driver’s license they need to print off a copy of their license and follow the same process listed above.
