Brokers can use their own private sale invoice if their document has the following requirements:
- Purchaser’s Details:
- Full Name
- Address
- Vendor’s Details:
- Full Name
- Address
- Mobile Number
- Vehicle Description:
- Year/Make/Model/Colour
- VIN
- Engine Number
- Registration Number
- Purchase Price
- Any Deposit Paid
- Balance Payable
- Encumbrance Details:
- Name of Third Party/Financier
- Payout Figure
- Account Details (including a copy of a payout letter)
- Current Registration Certificate:
- A copy must be provided.
- Payment Details:
- Where funds are to be paid (including proof of seller’s banking details)
- Signatures:
- Signatures from both the Seller and the Purchaser.
- Declarations:
- Seller’s declaration that they have provided details of transfer and correct banking details.
- Purchaser’s declaration that they have confirmed the Seller is the registered owner and have received signed transfer of registration documents.
If any of the above information is missing from your invoice, you must use the NOW Finance Private Sale Invoice.

A Verimoto inspection must be completed on all Auto loan private sales, here are some links with some information on how you can set up a Verimoto account and how you can request a Verimoto inspection. NOW Finance will pay for the Verimoto inspection.
